  1. Navigate to the Karma app and click + Add

  2. Click on the “Sign in with Microsoft” button.

  3. If the screen refreshes and you are still unable to sign in, try the following troubleshooting steps:
    • a. Make sure that Karma is added to your team. If it is not, click on the Karma team and click “Add.”
    • b. Click on “Setup” to set up both the board and the tab.

  4. If you are still unable to sign in, it is possible that Karma was added to another channel in your Microsoft Teams, to which you’re not added. Reach out to a current administrator or someone within your company to add you to that team.

  5. After successfully logging in, you should not have any trouble signing in with your Microsoft account in the future.
