Karma bot may seem to be quite a complex system and it surely is :) On the bright side, the user does not have to deal with this complexity. Sophisticated metrics and reports are all subject to analysing the day to day communication within the team.
To showcase the ease of use, we designed an actual interactive MS Teams emulator using JS, CSS and HTML to let people experience Karma bot and walk them through the Karma bot’s basics in a non-boring way.
